An AP print is an extra print from a limited edition, marked AP, EA, or BAT. Originally reserved for the artist or printer, these prints are now often sold alongside the numbered edition. There is no artistic or technical difference between AP prints and regular edition prints—AP prints are simply rarer and therefore valued by collectors.
