SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Upon completing a purchase at CRD Online Shop, you will promptly receive an email confirming your order registration. Following the dispatch of your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you, containing a track & trace identification code. This code allows you to monitor your order’s progress during transit. Please be aware that CRD Online Shop cannot be held responsible for any transit delays.

The majority of shipments abroad are sent as insured packages and business mail. As a result, packages cannot be designated as gifts to non-EU countries in an effort to avoid local taxes and duties. Furthermore, we do not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes. Please note that local customs duties may be applicable when shipping outside the EU.

We currently only ship our framed artworks and ceramic lamps to Denmark. However, please feel free to contact us for any inquiries you might have regarding shipping options outside of Denmark. We will be more than happy to assist you.
