ABOUT THE STORE
CRD studio Store is the shop and ceramic workshop of Danish artist Cathrine Raben Davidsen, located in Copenhagen. Dedicated exclusively to her artistic practice, the space functions as an extension of the studio—where art, craftsmanship, and process meet in an open and welcoming environment.
Works are released as limited editions or unique pieces and offered directly to collectors. The store presents a curated selection of limited editions, lithographs, etchings, monoprints, ceramics, ceramic lamps, books, and posters.
The ceramic workshop is fully integrated into the space, where all pieces are sculpted, glazed, and fired by Cathrine. Subtle variations in each work emphasize its unique, tactile character. This offers visitors insight into the creative process and reinforces the store’s role as a living, working environment rather than a traditional gallery.
As Cathrine Raben Davidsen describes it:
“Everybody should feel welcome at CRD Studio Store. The space is not just a store or a gallery, but also a working area with my ceramic workshop integrated into it. I wish for it to be a living place, where one can feel at home while exploring my works.”
THE COLLECTOR’S NOTE
Each print is produced in a strictly limited edition and will not be reprinted once sold out. Every work is carefully handled and approved before leaving the studio and is created in close collaboration with renowned print studios, including Edition Copenhagen and Schäfer Grafik.
Traditional printmaking techniques are combined with the highest standards of craftsmanship, carried out with great care and precision to ensure exceptional quality, depth, and longevity. From the choice of paper to the final impression, every detail is considered, resulting in works that reflect both artistic integrity and technical excellence.
